Thursday, November 20th!
Election packets will be mailed 10/17. Ballots can be placed in the new MLCA Drop Box at the Clubhouse @ 222 Lakeshore Drive or turned in via the instructions in the Election Packet. We MUST make quorum (51% of all households in good standing participating).

Marlton Lakes is a private community for Residents Only. All lakes, beaches, playgrounds and common areas are private property.
The Marlton Lakes Civic Association is a private lake community located in Evesham Township, NJ. The Association is made up of 374 privately owned homes. The Association is governed by a Board of Trustees.
The Association offers many activities and events for the residents.Â
